GPS Alarm

Peoplesafe has introduced a new service aimed at lone workers who are in low risk situations.

Users are able to check in with their employer at regular intervals and make calls to pre-determined numbers using the device. It is possible to track the device using GPS and locate workers in need of assistance.

If a user needs assistance they can use the SOS function on the device to raise an alarm. The alert will be received by a monitoring centre which takes the appropriate action - involving the emergency services if necessary.
