The peoplesafe service is based on an ID card holder. The covert security device becomes a mobile panic alarm. The device is worn on a lapel clip in landscape format. Because it is based on an ID card it is usually to hand and part of the "kit" always used by company employees. It can also be worn on a lanyard.

Easy to Use

The ID card and peoplesafe solution uses only three buttons to enable a wide array of usage. Red alert status is achieved by; pressing a large button on the back of the device, having the lanyard rip out of the socket or by the user not 'checking-in' after a period of time, after the user advises they are going into a meeting.

Fit for Purpose

Because the solution is an ID card it does not draw attention to itself as a security device. It can therefore be used covertly and quickly. It is a device which is person based - there is no quicker way to raise the alert

All in One Solution

Unlike many other security solutions peoplesafe is a single device that connects to a real person at a 24/7 alarm centre using the mobile phone network. Once charged, it is ready for use. The Service is available on a 24 month subscription basis. Because all of our clients Red Alerts are managed by staff at our alarm centre who listen in on the incident the only time local management will need to be involved is when there is a real situation. All false alarms are managed between our response team and the individual users.

How Does It Work?

The user presses the alert button on the back of their ID card holder. It is a covert security device that connects to a 24/7 centre using the mobile phone network.

The response coordinator is able to listen to sound going on around the device. This may require an immediate response or for incidents of verbal abuse the digital recording is available.

The response coordinator uses either pre-recorded messages or mobile phone tracking or on-line diary information to locate the threatened user.

Depending on the severity of the incident the response is actioned. The Police, a private security company, a colleague or a neighbour could be activated to support the user of the device.
