Features
The i750 is designed to look like a standard ID badge lanyard so it can be used discreetly in violent or threatening situations. The device has an amber alert function where users can check in and out of meetings safely with our 24/7 monitoring centre. This is done by leaving a voicemail message with the monitoring station about details of the meeting, this is then recorded by the monitoring station. The employee will then check out of the meeting by using the amber alert function ensuring their safety.
If an employee does not check out with an amber alert message the device will automatically enter red alert mode. The monitoring station will then listen in live to the red alert situation via the built in microphone. The monitoring station will then contact the employers to let them know the device is in red alert mode, and if necessary contact the emergency services for assistance. A user can also trigger the red alert function if they are in a violent or threatening situation by pressing the red alert button on the back of the device.
The location of the device will also be tracked using GSM technolgy, this will locate the device to the nearest 150 yards and the information will be recorded by our monitoring station. The device uses mobile phone SIM technology built into the device to communicate with the monitoring station, this is built into the i750, this can also help reduce mobile phone costs.
