We have the largest team dedicated to the training and implementation of the Identicom device in the UK.

We handle the most amber alerts and red alerts from lone worker devices of any kind in the UK, currently around 700 per day. Our client services team guarantee that once delivered, the users experience a proactive and ongoing support to ensure maximum usage of the device.
We have 2 monitoring partners with capacity of up to 25,000 users. We also make 100 network changes per week, to improve the service for our users, carried out at no extra charge.
Our 12 strong team handle and resolve 250 service requests per day. We generate and analyse monthly service reports to management using our established database reporting system.
