Having met with you to understand your specific requirement we will prepare a sales proposal;
- a detailed quotation
- A contract document
- An order form
- A questionaire to understand your business process
- A questionaire to understand each users profile
- A document that explains the escalation process
When we receive your signed contract and order form we will deliver the devices configured and ready for use, the whole process can be expidited in 48 hours though normally with a roll-out to a group of 10 people or more this would normally take 7 days.
On delivery either PeopleSafe or our representatives will provide a 90 minute 'training module' for upto 12 people.
