Red Alert Management
All red alerts will be dealt with efficiently by our fully certified monitoring staff from the BS5979 CatII compliant location.
Amber Alert
Allowing specific events to be pre-announced with a time schedule if required.
Live Location
Depending on the type of device in use Peoplsafe will have access to the live location of the device. GPS is the most accurate but cannot be fully relied upon, especially when the device is inside a building. A location can be taken from the mobile phone network which should always be available for an active device, though is not as accurate as GPS.
Client Reporting
All Peoplesafe clients will have access to live usage data for their devices, as well as a monthly report showing usage over the period. In addition Peoplesafe client service team will work closely and proactively with users to assist them form positive usage habits and overcome and hinderances to regular usage.
