Peoplesafe can provide access to legal advice from specialists that deal with the specific role of health and safety and lone worker safety. As part of our comprehensive support package our existing clients will be given access to a firm of solicitors that specialise in Health and Safety, they will be able to provide an initial consultation for which the costs will be met by the Peoplesafe service.
Further legal support that is required beyond the initial consultation will need to be met directly by the client. If your organisation is not yet using our services then contact us to discuss how we may be able to assist you deal with the legal elements of issues that arise out of lone working.
